Job Description
Under the supervision of the CEOs, the QA & Client Support Manager will be responsible for

Tasks

Contribute to the development and the revision of test plans, in conjunction with various
product managers.
Establish quality standards on various products, both internally and externally.
Ensure that the quality of the applications delivered is up to standards by performing
functional tests and issuing accurate and complete reports of the problems encountered
within the application.
Complete daily and weekly cycles of tests on the various applications available.
Perform tasks related to customer support for various products and services offered by the
company.
Recruit and manage external resources required to complete the testing requirements,
maintenance and customer service.

Requirements

Experience as an application tester or similar position.
Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) or equivalent experience.
Good knowledge of various web browsers available on Mac and PC platform.
Knowledge of tools used for bug tracking (like Mantis).
Speak English / French, both spoken and written.
Thorough knowledge of testing methods and processes.
