Job Title: RIA Architect
Overall Responsibility: Design Interactive Intelligence’s RIA, from the ground up, as part of our main software product. Develop Rich Internet Applications and backend services to support them.
Interactive Intelligence is seeking an RIA Architect with an established track record solving highly complex problems through superior design and implementation skills. The ideal candidate would have experience building enterprise applications in C#, Silverlight, ASP.Net and WCF Web Services in addition to developing packaged or enterprise.

Key Areas of Responsibility: – Design and development of new RIA applications that expose Interaction Center functions to web browsers.
-Maintenance of existing web and RIA applications.
-Working with the testing, documentation, process and Installation departments to develop final products.

Desirable Skills:
-Familiarity with ASP.Net Ajax and the Ajax Control Toolkit and other Ajax libraries
-Familiarity with WPF and or Silverlight
-Strong Javascript skills
-Strong HTML and CSS skills

Personality:
-Successful track record of working in multidisciplinary teams to deliver large enterprise applications on time. Shows a high degree of Initiative, ability to work independently, and creativity when approached with a challenge. Strong UI sensibilities.

Education:
-BS in Computer Science or Engineering
