Riccione Resources, the Recruitment Firm with 20+ years of experience representing great companies, is proud to announce a newly-created position for an experienced C# Software Development Engineer with a background in Microsoft Silverlight Development. This is an important contributing role focused on developing a variety of web applications, solutions, and services for the company’s products. In this position, you will be utilizing a variety of technologies and platforms to solve challenging problems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing development of video product solutions, viral/advertisement technologies and interior mapping system. Responsibilities include development, technology evaluation and requirements gathering for a variety of Silverlight based products.

What are we looking for in a qualified candidate?

First of all, we are looking for a Software Developer who has both experience and interest in working on development in Microsoft Silverlight. We also need the following.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of development experience in one of the following: C # (required), C++, Java.
• Strong background in Microsoft Silverlight development.
• Strong object-oriented design skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Strong ability to communicate complex application and development concepts in terms understandable to non-developers.

Plusses
• Microsoft streaming server programming.

Salary: $80K – 125K

Willing to relocate.

We are an ambitious agile start-up looking to develop the first blended (web and desktop) Office productivity suite. We have already done a ton of work pushing RIA technologies in ways that few others have done.
We are looking for highly skilled and motivated senior developers to help take our offerings to the next quantum level. You will have end-to-end responsibilities for designing and developing applications and components that extend our solution suite. In addition, you will be involved with product planning and mentoring other developers.

What We’re Looking For :

What Would be Nice:

Knowledge of scripting languages (C#, .NET, ASP and JavaScript).
Experience with 3D, PaperVision or AfterEffects.
