Flex developer required for online presentation project

We are about the offer one of our global clients a solution to their presentation problems. They need to be able to go online (or perhaps using an AIR app) to create a playable presentation by putting together pre-existing slides which would contain text, graphics and some video animation. the option for higher level users to create new layouts would be a bonus. It would be similar in feel and concept to the Adobe Presentation Tool or "sliderocket":http://www.sliderocket.com
At this stage we're exploring scope and budget, but if the project proceeds we would want to partner with somebody who could contribute both technically and conceptually (interface and usability). As it is a global company you would need the ability to deal with IT departments for the implementation.
