As a user interface engineer at BVI Networks, you will:

• Be a human-computer interaction (HCI) designer, visual designer and UI developer all rolled into one
• Collaborate with our product management team on new product features
• Work closely with our back-end team to ensure a seamless end-user experience
• Regularly solicit feedback from our customers to further refine our UI

• Keep up-to-date on new UI paradigms that could make our application even easier to use

You will require the following qualifications:

• An intrinsic passion for delivering great user experiences and making products easy to use
• Experience developing Rich Internet Applications (RIAs); knowledge of Adobe Flex a plus
• Extensive experience developing users interfaces for non-technical users
• Excellent visual and verbal communication
• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent; graphic or industrial design degree a plus

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, etc a plus
