RBIDR is an Internet start-up company that is building a price-optimization, yield management and ecommerce platform for time-based inventory.

Working closely with the product manager, UI and visual designer, and the chief technologist, the Flex Software Engineer will be responsible for the architecture and development of a ‘real’ Flash application. Although interactive design experience is preferred, the primary responsibility of this role is ActionScript 3 and Flex development

Must-have Requirements:

• Significant development with Flex / Flash / ActionScript 3.0
• Software engineering experience using object-oriented AS, Patterns, etc.

Other Requirements:

• Formal education or equivalent experience desired
• Experience using HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX and JavaScript is a strong plus
• Working knowledge of Photoshop or other image-editing tool
• Some experience using Java based server technologies would be nice to have
