senior flash programmer
at nothing from outer space in Bern, Switzerland
flash is very important at nothing. we want to exploit the potential of flash to the fullest extent. at present, we make use of flash in advertising campaigns, entire websites, backends (flex) and desktop applications (air). our vision is to migrate our meteorite catcher and our fridge to actionscript in one of the coming releases. are you the right robot to fit into our extraordinary flash developer team?
full-time position: 5 days per week
starting: june 2009
selection criteria:
- excellent listener and communicator,
- must have proven ability to successfully communicate within the company, in the department and in particular with colleagues in other disciplines,
- has demonstrated ability to execute highest quality work in both design and technical areas.
requirements:
- solid knowledge and experience in actionscript 3,
- basic knowledge of flex 3,
- excellent understanding of json, xml,
- basic (x)html, css knowhow,
- understanding of object-oriented scripting, patterns- familiarity working with actionscript libraries and in-house components,
- solid experience of visual interface/ gui design,
- excellent knowledge of server-side communications through flas,
- flash interface with other technologies (i.e. amf),
- modularized design.
bonus skills:
