Flash Developer
Our client, an award-winning, well established and aggressively growing advertising agency seeks an onsite Freelance Flash Developer starting on or around April 1st, and lasting for a minimum of 4 weeks.
Responsibilities:
Work on a variety of projects including websites and web-based applications, touch screen kiosks, banner advertising as well as other digital media
Collaborate with the Creative Team and Account Executives to implement all aspects of the design and user interface
Create scalable Flash applications using OOP techniques
Requirements:
BS or MS in Computer Science, Interactive Media, Web Design, Web Development or equivalent experience.
Strong Flash development background and portfolio to match
Three years work experience in Web and Flash development.
Should be an experienced advocate of best interactive design and development practices with the ability to create scalable Flash applications using OOP techniques.
Developer should also be passionate about interactive and seek innovative ways to solve problems.
Should have development proficiency in: Actionscript 2 & 3, XHTML, CSS, Javascript, XML
Software experience should include: Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Photoshop
Must have thorough knowledge and understanding of: UI and UX design, Web standards and best practices; development frameworks and APIs, Animation and motion graphics, Video (Flash video and other) and audio
