Senior Information Architect / User Experience Architect

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements, propose and vet solutions, and see solutions through to implementation, testing, and iteration
- Communicate solutions to wider team and assist in building specifications
- Work directly with the Chief Creative Officer in designing rbidr products
Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in solving complex interface problems
- Ability to manage and prioritize many tasks and variables
- Ability to design cohesive Information Architecture and User Experience components
- Ability to translate design/direction from Chief Creative Officer (a visual learner) into complex, thoughtful UX/IA solutions
- Self-starter, independent, goal-oriented, motivated by challenge and pushing boundaries
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to work as part of a distributed team
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
