Flex/Actionscript 2.0, 3.0 Developer

POSITION - Freelance Actionscript 2.0, 3.0 Developer
This person is responsible for building application-level Flash, from custom components, AS 2.0 apps (like maps, viewers, menu systems, etc), to Flex applications and dashboard interfaces.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3-6 months Actionscript 2.0
- 2+ years of dynamic web programming (ASP, JSP or PHP)
- HTML, DHTML, Javascript and Advanced CSS
- Built multiple components
PERSONAL QUALITIES
- Driven and Good Listening Skills
- Focused and Committed
- Excited to learn
- Works well in a team environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to balance design and functionality
- Ability to meet tight deadlines (know when to crank, and when to chill...)
FIRST PROJECT
We have a very clean Flex application that needs a final polish. We have all the tasks listed in a GoogleDoc. Please check out www.pumpkindesigner.com to review this flex application.
PAY
We will pay $25 to $40 per hour, depending on experience. We have ongoing advanced flash work all year round.
